Your team

You and other Brand Managers will report to the Brand Director for the Category or Business Unit. You will engage with multi-disciplinary teams from Sales, Finance, Product Supply, Consumer Market Knowledge, Communications, and Media Agencies to develop top strategies for your brand¡¯s success.

Responsibilities of the role

We need someone who can:

  • Guide the vision and strategy behind a brand by developing marketing plans and driving innovation.
  • Lead a mix of Brand Management projects enabling you to show the breadth and depth of your leadership.
  • Derive insights from the data, shopper behavior and execute marketing tactics that will continue to grow your brand profitably.
  • Advance in roles with increased responsibilities as you move forward in career.
  • Be fearless to take smart risks and innovate.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor¡¯s degree or above
  • 1~3years of work experience in Brand Management especially in E-commerce/Digital is preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership which enabled business results
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking
  • Proven track record to innovate or challenge the status quo
  • Strong ability to communicate and work collaboratively with others
  • Able to move/relocate throughout your career
