Job Title: Sales Representative, Daejeon(´ëÀü), Biosciences Division

Group / Division: Biosciences Division, Life Sciences Group (LSG)

Position Location: Daejeon, Korea

 

Responsibilities

    • -Establishes, builds, and owns relationships with all key contacts within designated Biosciences accounts (Bio-Ventures, National Institutions, etc.)
    • -Leads all sales and account planning efforts to achieve sales and expense goals.
    • -Identify opportunities and sales consultations on the following equipment:
      • -Flow Cytometry, Image Analyzer, Microscope, Multifunctional Reader, HCS, Chemi Doc, Cell Counter
    • -Develop/enhance customer relationships to drive revenue growth in the designated territory through the effective use of sales skill
    • -Lead negotiation of major contracts in alignment with distributor
    • -Accurate demand planning & forecasting
    • -Drives regional promotional initiatives and sales strategies in alignment with divisional marketing strategy into account/territory
    • -Provide on-going feedback on the regional market and customer needs to the divisional business units for the development of new products and solutions.
    • -Maintains and enhances technical knowledge on Cell Culture, Protein work and Analytics product lines, company literature, and competitive products
    • -Maintain and increase current customer database through company customer relations management software.
    • -Use system completely to fulfil management expectations for recording and utilizing customer and sales information

     
    Requirements

    • -Bachelor¡¯s degree in Life Science, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology or any equivalent (Master¡¯s degree is favorable)
    • -At least 5+ years of sales experience in the relevant industry
    • -Extensive knowledge of Molecular Biology, cell biology, and Biotechnology
    • -Attain or exceed assigned sales goals, profit goals, and market share goals consistently within expense guidelines
    • -Field travel as necessary (50% or more)
    • -Utilize proven organizational skills to successfully manage territory sales activities
    • -Communicate account objectives and action plans to management via weekly business reviews and other communication vehicles
    • -Good computer skill (SFDC, Excel, Power point)
