¡Ü Bachelor degree or equivalent
¡Ü 5~8 Years of relevant experience, especially for C&B area.
¡Ü Has the ability to effectively communicate with various
levels in the organization,
both internally & externally
¡Ü Must be a team player and highly organized
¡Ü Multi-tasking capability and familiar with shared
accountability
¡Ü Fluency in written and spoken English

Engage for the overall facilitation and coordination of human
resources activities
associated with compensation & benefits, selection & training,
HR operations and etc. for
overall business goals.
¡Ü Lead for C&B and HR Operations process aligned with
Nielsen global policy and
local practice (Payroll review, Promotion, Incentive plan,
Salary review,
International mobility support and so on)
¡Ü Provide HR guidance for inquiries regarding C&B, payroll
and operations
¡Ü Implement and operate HR plans and programs according
to HR priorities and
initiatives with a high emphasis on quality
¡Ü Improve HR data quality and manage outsourced vendor
¡Ü Work closely with managers on people issues and ensure
compliance with
legislative requirements and minimize grievances
¡Ü Contribute to the overall process efficiency by improving
procedure with speed
¡Ü Develop and drive the new HR initiatives in order to enhance
employer brand with
stakeholders
