2. Position of Superior : Overseas sales manager in Korea +CEO of Asia-pacific region
3. Area/Organization Unit : Tokyo or Osaka, Japan / Pumps oreastrategic office in Japan

4. Purposeof the function
This is a sales engineer position top romote Wilo products in Japan.
The candidate will categorize & list uppotential JP customers, provide them with the product information &professional consulting on right product selection, and handles orders from them.
The candidate should have a very strong career interest in developing new market. Only qualified candidates currently residing in Japan are being considered for this position.

5.Main Activities
Read current & future trend of sales, and build up short, mid, long term strategies.
Ensure the cooperation from thefactory, including product development, costing, manufacturing, qualitycontrol, model selection, is timely & well-organized for the sake of thesales plan.
Decide pricing guideline so thesales proposals look attractive to the customers & bring bigger profitability to...
Report regularly the salesstatus & market trend, and case by case, important matters which needdecision from higher management level.
Ensure the stable relationship with the existing customers, and enhance the closer relationship with the potential customers so they can be friendlier to products.
Accelerate brand awareness and demand with effective positioning, product education, enhancing the products competitive differentiation.
Travelling to the key cities togenerate new business opportunities.

6.Basic Requirement
Education level : bachelor¡¯s degree. Engineering major is preferred.
Pump field (engineering orsales) work experience at least 8 years
Experience in EPC PJT business ispreferred.
Good communication skills
Good verbal & writingskills in English
Good command in costing &pricing structure
Good knowledge of pumps,motors, inverters, and material engineering
MOble to travel 50% of working time
