Position Overview
The Sales Executive will be a key member of the Blancpain Sales Team, responsible for supporting retail sales performance through end-to-end boutique operation management, sales analysis, CRM execution, and close collaboration with HQ. This role combines analytical capability with strong on-site operational understanding to ensure consistent and high-quality retail execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Performance Management & Reporting
Support the Sales Manager with budgeting, forecasting, and oerpational sales analysis.
Perpare and consolidate business reviews, dahsboards, and management reports.
Conduct monthly sales closing in coordination with relevant stakeholders for HQ and Group Controlling validation.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of sales data reporting.
2. Boutique Operations Management
Support day-to-day boutique operations and resolve operational issues.
Conduct regular boutique visits to rteview operations and identify improvement opportunities.
Coordinate boutique maintenance and operational enhancements within approved budgets.
Organize and follow uyp on weekly and monthly sales meetings.
Identify and share best operational and client service practices across boutiques.
3. CRM & Clinent Development
Execute and support Prestige CRM programs across boutiques.
Monitor CRM KPIs and implement action plans to improve data quality, client engement, and conversion.
Support VIP client programs in close collaboration with HQ.
Coordinate with boutiques and Group Customer Service to ensure high-level client service, including complaint handling.
Competences & Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail or high-end sales (watches, jewelry, fashion, or cosmetics preferred)
Strong understanding of retail operations and sales performance management
Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on experience with CRM-based sales activities preferred
Proactive, structured, and team-oriented working attitude
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Bachelor¡¯s degree or above
Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
