Location

Description
The client is a leading chemical company
based in S.Korea. We are seeking for senior engineer to support DCB production technology.

Required Experience
DBC(Direct Bonded Copper)
- Direct bonding of copper sheet on ceramic sheet
- The process of ceramic sheet (forming/sintering)
- The treatment of Cu surface
- The evaluation of bondability/solderability

Status
- Full time/Part time
